9 pm to 9 pm

we've been getting a lot of questions concerning the show and some people even though it is a "hoax" and aren't believing we are really going to do it.. this is just to assure you that YES we will be doing a 24 hours long "non-stop" show THIS WEEKEND at Monnot Theater... ;) and i really hope you'll come to check it out ;)

on the other hand we've listed and answered here the most common questions we've already got.. please let us know in case any more info is needed.. cheers :D

FAQ (Frequent Asked Questions)

1- will the improvisers/cast sleep?

yes and no... some of us will not be sleeping during the whole day/night, some of us will.. but the show will go on for 24 hours straight, at the end will make a table will all data summarized.. how many of us stayed awake the whole time, how long we stayed on stage "non-stop".. etc..

2- is the audience obliged to watch for the whole 24 hours "non-stop"?

surely not... ;) you can watch "non-stop" till you decide to go, commonly it would be for 1 , 2 , or 3 hours ... and if want to come back at a later stage you can tell the personnel at the theatre's box office to mark your ticket (with your name) before leaving

3- when will the improvisers/cast eat?

food which was provided to us by "Deek Duke" will be delivered to us at the theater for each meal at specified timings (12, 7, 2, 7).. the improvisers will either choose to eat on stage or take turn to go backstage and eat while the improvisation is running on stage

4- why are you doing this?

On the occasion of the World Theater Day celebrated on March 27th in countries around the globe, a 24 hours theatre improvisation MARATHON to celebrate this special day and SPREAD AWARNESS about improvisational theatre within the Lebanese and Arab community.

5- when/where?

The show will start @ MONNOT theatre on Saturday, March 27th at 9 p.m. and end on Sunday, March 28th at 9 p.m. an UNINTURUPTED 24 hours of IMPROVISED scenes that are sure to keep you on the edge of your seats.

6- can i reserve?

yes by calling Monnot Theater daily between 3pm and 7pm on 01-202 422

finally...

we're hoping for your support to make this BIG CHALLENGE a success.
